Used Containers

What is a used container

Used shipping containers will have been used for international shipping over their lifespan. They are typically ‘retired’ after 10-15 years in the fleet and then replaced. Although used shipping containers will show signs of wear and tear, which may include the odd ‘patch repair’, dents and surface rust, they are vigorously inspected through our depots before sale and are released structurally sound, and in fully watertight condition. They offer a good durable low-cost option over a new ‘one trip’ shipping container.

Used containers will typically come with 2-4 air vents, 28mm marine hardwood flooring. A lock box can be fitted on the cargo doors for an additional charge. Used shipping containers will come in shipping line livery, and colours cannot usually be guaranteed as they are released on a ‘next from stock’ basis. However, we can paint used containers for an additional charge.

20ft Used Container

These Container have been used for several years transporting cargo around the world ideal for site or farm yard storage they are not the best in appearance however they are tested and are wind and water tight colours can not be guaranteed

10ft Used Cut Down Containers

Cut down from larger containers, our used 10ft containers are ideal for use on building and construction sites, as well as garden sheds. They include a lock box on the cargo doors and a re spray externally in dark green or blue

40ft Used Container

The largest standard used shipping container we supply for maximise storage solutions again used on building site and farms for general storage these boxes are wind and water tight however not the best looking boxes but a cheaper option.

45ft Used Container

The largest containers available in the UK. 45ft containers are rarer than the standard 40fts, but we understand our clients sometimes need the additional space.
